ब्रेस्ट सेल्फ एग्जामिनेशन (BSE): 4 आसान स्टेप्स में स्तन कैंसर की प्रारंभिक पहचान
यह वीडियो हर महिला के लिए ब्रेस्ट सेल्फ एग्जामिनेशन (BSE) के महत्व को समझाता है, जिसे मासिक धर्म खत्म होने के 5-7 दिन बाद करना चाहिए। इसमें चार मुख्य स्टेप्स बताए गए हैं: (1) आईने के सामने खड़े होकर स्तनों के आकार, त्वचा और निप्पल में बदलाव देखना; (2) हाथों को ऊपर उठाकर त्वचा में गड्ढे या सिकुड़न की जाँच करना; (3) तीन उंगलियों से हल्के दबाव और गोलाकार गति (circular motion) में पूरे स्तन की जाँच करना; और (4) निप्पल को दबाकर किसी भी तरह के डिस्चार्ज (खून या पानी) की जाँच करना। यदि कोई गांठ, सूजन या त्वचा में खिंचाव महसूस हो, तो तुरंत डॉक्टर से संपर्क करने की सलाह दी गई है।
